Booking confirmation

Following your booking, you will receive written confirmation by e-mail with the conditions of your stay and instructions on how to proceed with the payment of the confirmation deposit, generally 30% of the total amount (in the case of special packages the amount requested may vary), by bank transfer in our name, credit card or satispay.

Your reservation must include a telephone number in addition to your personal data.

Upon receipt of the payment receipt, the reservation will be considered definitively confirmed and we will notify you by the means of communication in our possession.

In the case of special offers on the site or on other virtual portals, the amount of the offer itself may be requested in advance in full.

It is compulsory to confirm the reservation by computerised means.

Methods of payment of the Confirmatory Deposit, penalties and withdrawal

if the deposit is not received by the deadline, the reservation will not be considered effective and will be automatically cancelled.

in case of cancellation of the stay within 30 days from the date of check-in, the deposit paid will be refunded to the client in full; after this time, i.e. from the 29th day before check-in, the deposit will be retained in full. In the event of a cancellation, even if justified, between the 15th day before check-in and the day of your arrival, in addition to retaining the deposit, you will be required to pay the balance in full.

Guarantee by credit card

If the client gives a guarantee by credit card, the company Residence Colibrì sas will charge 30% of the total amount at the time of booking and the agreed balance can be paid on the spot (by credit card visa/mastercard) bancomat, cash.

A penalty of 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged if cancellation is made more than 30 days before check-in.


Payment of the balance of the stay

The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival, when the keys of the flat are handed over, at the reception, by cash, bancomat, credit card (visa/mastercard NO american express and diners).

It is therefore also possible to pay the balance by immediate bank transfer in the name of Residence Colibrì sas only if the payment is made before your arrival.

Bank cheques are not accepted.

General Conditions of Stay

The flats are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure

The flats cannot be occupied by more people (including children) than indicated

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined

The prices indicated always refer to the flat inclusive of electricity, water consumption (the entrance of animals, although welcome, is subject to a charge)

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the days reserved at the time of booking are charged. In any case, only the days reserved cannot be charged.

Animals are generally allowed (always indicate size and check costs)

The agreed booking price never includes tourist tax
