This is how we introduce ourselves: we are Carlo, Gabriella and Luca, we have been running the Colibrì residence since 1992, and over time we have evolved always trying to offer the best service to each of our guests. Located on the seafront, our structure offers various types of flats, all bright and with a sea view. Each solution has its own characteristics, spaces and services, which can be viewed one by one by clicking on the photographs relating to the chosen solution! At your disposal you will find studio apartments for 2 persons with their own independent kitchen and private bathroom with shower. The immediate upgrade to this solution is the only one-room apartment with a large sea-view balcony designed to accommodate three people. Our standard two-room apartments, on the other hand, can accommodate a maximum of four people, offering a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a foldaway wardrobe bed. These apartments have double exposure with side sea view and mountain view. We then come to the pure sea-facing 2-room apartments, divided into 2 categories, sleeping 4 and 5, both with two bathrooms. The largest two-roomed apartment, on the ground floor with 6 beds, can accommodate handicapped persons thanks to the complete absence of architectural barriers, with an exclusive and comfortable garden. This is the only accessible accommodation we have available. The cost of electricity, water and heating/cooling is always included in the proposed solutions.
